Hello!
The youth chess club of Tromsö, Norway, is thinking about organizing an
international Barents Youth Tournament for children and youth (max 20
years old) in september/october 2011.

The players will first of all come from the Barents region (north Norway,
Finland, Sweden and Russia), but probably it will be open for players from
outside the region too.

We would like to have some contact addresses in Finland. How could we find
young chess players in Kajnuu, Oulu, Lappland, and who could be the
contact person, whom we could speak with
to ensure finnish participation in the turnament? We would be very pleased
if you could help us with contact adresses.
